To apply for a burn permit, please fill this form out completely. Bring the printed form to Station #2 located at 341 Park Drive in Smithville, or scan and email it dcline@safpd.com. The application will be reviewed and submitted for approval. Upon approval, the permit will be issued by SAFPD. Permits are valid for 1 year from the date issued; there is no fee for open burning permits.
